West Midlands Police was stabbed to death a woman whose ex-partner to
death, said a guard.
Rabbi Bibi, 35, died after he stabbed 15 times in Foleshill, Coventry, in
September 2007.
She called the police twice on the night of the attack and her daughter at
the age of seven years, said the assassination attempt.
The Authority Independent Complaints against the police said he did not
know whether Ms Bibi was alive when the police acted accordingly.
